  • No refunds for partial months

SMS / Text Communications

By calling a business that uses Receptionish, you may receive transactional text messages related to your call, including follow-up summaries and replies from the business owner.

  • Consent: By calling a Receptionish-powered phone number, you consent to receiving related follow-up text messages
  • Frequency: Typically 1-2 messages per call
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages
  • Help: Reply HELP for support information
  • Message & data rates may apply
  • Messages are sent from the business's dedicated phone number
  • We do not send marketing or promotional texts — only transactional follow-ups related to your call

Call Transcription

  • All calls are recorded
  • Calls are transcribed, not recorded as audio
  • You own your call transcripts

Warranties & Liability

  • Service provided "as is"
  • No guarantee of perfect AI performance
  • Limited liability (see full terms)

Termination

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard
  • 30-day data retention after deletion
  • We may suspend for terms violations
